This Privacy Policy describes how Future Digital Solutions Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use SharpEdge apps.

1) Information we collect

Depending on the features enabled by your organization, we may collect:

  • Account & user information: name, phone number, email, user ID, and organization/company association (typically created by an admin).
  • Location data: GPS location to support fleet operations such as live tracking, task execution, trip history, geofencing, and operational reporting.
  • Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, language, identifiers, and diagnostic logs for troubleshooting.
  • Usage data: actions inside the app (e.g., status updates, task interactions) and error/crash reports.

Camera notice: The SharpEdge apps are not designed to collect camera data, and we do not request camera permission as part of normal operation.

2) Why we collect data (how we use it)

  • To provide and operate core fleet management services (tracking, tasks, reports, alerts).
  • To authenticate users and enforce role-based access control.
  • To improve app stability, performance, and user experience (bug fixing and diagnostics).
  • To provide customer support and respond to technical issues.

3) Location data details

Location data is essential for fleet operations. It may be collected while the app is in use (and, depending on configuration and permissions, in the background) to enable features like live tracking, trip records, geofence events, and task proof-of-execution.

  • With your organization/admin: your employer or contracting entity may access operational data for fleet management purposes.
  • With service providers: hosting, infrastructure, support tools, and analytics used to operate the service (under confidentiality and security obligations).

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service to your organization and to meet contractual and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on your organization’s policy and service configuration.

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain data through your organization/admin or by contacting us.
  • You can control location permissions in your device settings (some features may not work if location is disabled).

These apps are intended for business/operational use and are not designed for children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9) International data processing

Data may be processed in locations where our infrastructure or service providers operate, subject to applicable laws and safeguards.
